Went to put it on charge yesterday afternoon, knowing the battery was low and needing charging. Connected it up, but nothing. The screen didnt even come on. Left it on charge for a few hours and checked it, still nothing. I even changed the power to usb plug from the powerboard to the powerpoint and the plug as well. Still nothing this morning when i checkex it again.
It was a replacement for the blaze i had, which was under 2 years old which was failing).
I've only had the Ionic for under 6 months, and always kept it as clean as possible on back. Now, coz of Covid-19, i cant even ring the centre.
What do i do???
I need a watch for work.

My Adidas Ionic died this evening too after spending two days trying to resolve the KNOWN syncing issue a lot of users experience. I followed all instructions (remove the app, reinstall the app, disable then enable Bluetooth, restart the phone, restart the watch, try a different phone, log off then log on from app and finally as a option chose the factory reset and even though the phone was charged at 94% it will NOT turn on again. Very disappointing since I bought this watch from QVC barely 9 months ago. It’s not a cheap watch either! One would expect It would last longer considering its price. How do I go about obtaining a replacement? I am aware there is a 1 year warranty.

I actually managed to find out the problem, afew days after my previous post. I was because i had taken too long to put on charge when i was notified that the battery was low. The Fitbit staff were able to take me thru a manual reboot of my Ionic and all is working well
