The battery was drained out so I put it on charge over night. I left it charging not bothering it for the full time. This morning and now it is stuck blinking the logo only. I've tried the whole holding the 3 button then but nothing is working. Is it time for a new watch? Is t time to perhaps, switch to an Apple watch? Please help!!!!

Thanks for the response. After speaking with support, I have come to understand the Ionic is no longer a watch which is manufactured by FitBit. That the purchase of another watch altogether is required. That said, I have chosen to purchase to purchase an Apple Watch instead for continued support.
