My Ionic doesn't turn on

I got problems with my device ,
Doesn’t switch on any longer. Before contact you I tried all procedures suggested on your support like : cleaning the device, check the cable, buttons procedures for switching on and for hard reset. I tried your chat without response.
Less than 2 years ago I had already the same problem with my versa but since I enjoyed the experience with your device I decided to upgrade to ionic . And now again end up in the same situation.
