My Fitbit Ionic stopped displaying anything on the screen 4 days ago. It will not connect to the app and does not resonate to button presses. Strangely, when the battery dies it will display 0% battery, however after connecting to the charger it becomes non responsive again. I have followed all reset procedures that I can find online with no resolve. This Fitbit was purchased at Fred Meyer in Seattle on April 05 2021. I have a copy of the receipt.
I consider this unacceptable. A product this expensive should last much longer.

same problem with me and my friend ionic fail on Monday 8 Nov same day. It is abnormal case.
If this is marketing policy to push customer to buy new fitbit watch. I can not accept . I will buy other brand.

If you haven't done so, please restart your Fitbit Ionic by following these instructions.
In addition, you can change your Fitbit device's clock face.
