2 weeks ago I tried to get in touch with Fitbit about why my Ionic stop working after 4 months that get it. I went to store to see if they know how they can help but there’s not repair center for Fitbit in Florida. So please someone know where I should call .? Any number or how to get in contact with them please help
I already did, and they just want to give me a discount to buy another fitbit, which I won't do. I spent 250.00 and I won't do it again for a product that will stop working in a few months
Unfortunately you bought a very cheap product, with no support at all. When fitbit stop working you just have to buy another one, or buy a different brand.
