My Ionic isn't letting me use the apps on the watch

 My fitbit kept shutting down for some odd reason.  It hasn't done it in a couple hours but now that the time/app display is showing, I can't use the features at all.  I tried to look at my steps and heart rate but it won't move.  I looked on my phone to see if it is tracking steps and it is not.  Please help!

Do a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
