My Ionic just died

Hello Fitbit community.  I started off my Fitbit life with the surge in which I loved.  Then came the Ionic which I also loved.  My first Ionic got water damage which should have never occurred because Ionics are water proof right?  So Fitbit sent a second tracker and just after 4 months maybe less this tracker has died.  I tried resetting it and calling in for support and nothing.  Bottom line Fitbit is sending another tracker but when do the issues stop?  This watch is 300 plus dollars it should not be having these issues.  Come on Fitbit get it together please.

Just call Fitbit customer service and they will take care of you.  It’s unfortunate that this is happening.
