This is my second ionic, the first one got shattered so i got a protective case for this one and it was fully charged and working fine. I looked to see what time it was and could not wake it up... i have tried to force start it in every way i can.... I'm very frustrated and ready to switch to an Apple watch... this watch is a year and a half old and was bought online and out of it's return time frame. Please tell me fitbit will fix this $300 dead weight i have now

I actually just got off the phone with fibit and they are sending out a replacement! I'm very impressed and happy with how they handled my issue.
Thank You!

I am having the same issue. I've had the watch since Christmas 2018, so less than a year and a half...I just got off the phone with support and they will not fix the watch, nor will they replace it since it's technically out of warranty. The thing is, I've had other issues with this watch with a history of support calls that were well within the warranty period. And now that the watch completely dies, they won't replace it...since it's out of warranty. They only offered a discount on a future purchase.
I have an opportunity to be a strong advocate for Fitbit with friends & teammates - both now in HS and in the future in college, but the lack of customer service is pushing me the other direction. So, instead of taking the discount on a future purchase, I'm going to buy a Garmin - and recommend the same to all my friends.
