Really disappointed so excited to buy the myself a new Fitbit iconic and nothing but issues. Firstly I couldn’t get it to conne t to my Samsung S9 and now having used my iPad got it up and running to find the time is incorrect. It’s 23.26 and my Fitbit says 07.47.
i have tried various resets, changing country and re syncing, and nothing works, help???.?

I had that problem once, try to use exercise that uses GPS this correctly set the time for me. GPS uses very accurate time signals to calculate position.
