Purchased first Ionic which lasted 6 months....stopped charging. My replacement ionic which also lasted about six months will no longer sync to any of my Android devices and also shows the incorrect time on the clock face.
Tried every possible solution and also work with tech support without success.
Suggestions... before I abandon Fitbit???

I have not been having any charging issues but I am having the same problems with sync and time using iOS. I posted about 6 hours ago and waiting for a response.

For the time issue try to use an exercise mode that uses GPS (Run, Bike) let the Fitbit find satellites. This method fixed my time issue. GPS uses very accurate clocks to locate position.
