, I have followed all the recommended tips, ie cleaning the pins checking the usb supply, cleaning the watch contacts etc etc. Nothing is happening. It has now been on charge for 24 hours - nothing. No E mail support from Fitbit and no on line chat facility that I can find. I am very reluctant to phone because I am in France and calls to the USA are expensive.
