My Ionic won't Track Heart Rate or Steps

My ionic quit tracking heart rate and steps..  it updated the other day and now it wont do anything..  I have reset it.. tried switching clock faces..  restarted it several times.  Can't get it to do anything other than turn on..  it does syn fine and tell time..  help..  thanks

I have exactly the same problem. Mine stopped a week ago, but was on vacation and unable to do anything about it. Help!

@NellyG Thanks for bringing this up! @1rainey and @Brett123, Let me help you both figure out what is going on with your Ionics.

 

In this case I'd like to recommend that you both try to set up your Ionics as if you were doing it with a replacement Fitbit. You can click here to find the steps to do it. That will cause them to start tracking the information properly once again.

Well, I spent an hour or so reinstalling my ionic and it didn't work. Now what?

Whoops, just reinstalled my old clock face and now it is working!!!!!!
