My Ionic won't count steps

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Before that the battery was lasting 1/3 of what it did in the past. Finally the steps will go non stop in some days to non counting at all on others. Tried all the usuals trouble shootings including restarting it, reseting the device, changing the face, etc.

This Ionic is a replacement from a previously defected one I purchase. So, I have received from the Fitbit company 2 faulty (expensive) watches that will last for less than year.

Lastly I was informed that my replacement DOESN'T have a warranty. Great way to treat a loyal customer Fitbit.

I still use my old charge Fitbit (since the Ionics have proven to be a malfunctioning model) but I'm considering giving it away because at the moment I don't respect this company or it's customer service enough to wear these products.
