My experience with Fitbit Ionic

I purchased two fitbit ionics just over a year ago. One for me and one for my wife. I spent a little over 500$ for them. Hers died about 2 months ago and needed one for work so she bought the versa. just 2 months later mine too has died. I have tried all of the reset functions and cleaning my contacts and neither of these will respond to anything. You know what support offered me? 25% off another fitbit item. Not replacement, or repair(which is all i want, i want my ionic) but, 25% off. So they want another $450 out of me. So my suggestion is you either pull these crappy items off the shelf because its too coincidental  that both died around the same time that i cant be the only one this has happened to. Or, start repairing what ever it is that is wrong with this item before selling it. You have lost a customer! and there isn't any 25% off that's going to get me back!
