Similar to many posts, my Ionic stopped charging after a firmware update. The watch shows 0% the battery indicator while plugged into a wall outlet USB charger. I performed 3 factory resets and they didn't get the watch charging again. It is now dead and FB customer service, after walking me through their troubleshooting of two more resets on a dead watch (~5 min), has offered their "max" out of warranty discount of 25% and expedited shipping on a new purchase. Many posts refer to the firmware update as being the culprit and others say the watches fail in about 1-2 years. In either case the $250+ price tag is not worth the short lived benefits and aggravation. Fitbit had such a good name, but they are not meeting my average level of consumer quality, reliability and service.
