Hi, got my iconic yesterday and set it up did all the updates but it fails to calibrate every time? Help please

If you have updated to the latest software, restart your fitbit and check if it works now.

I have been having this problem too for the last 2 weeks. I purchased another charger to make sure that the sensors were not blocked. I restarted it several times and it is still not calibrating. Every time I plug it in to calibrate it comes back with an error message. My BPM and steps are all off and have been ever since I did the last update. The automatic screen wake up with motion is not working either.
