This is second time that my iconic watch crashed. When I started battery mark was 62%. I just went for hour or so within 20 odd km all drained. And watch is dumb now😖😖

Hi @bhaveshshukla65, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To further investigate this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is the battery of your Ionic draining only when you're tracking an exercise or with your overall stats too? Were you using GPS to route your Bike exercise? Also, to better assist you, can you please share more details about how your Ionic is behaving? What do you mean when you say that it's dumb?
Looking forward to your reply.

Earlier it was on 12th July when I went for a ride. Suddenly battery drained. It took too much time to charge. And I send feedback likewise. To my surprise some of the data retrieved.
On both the ocassion the wether was humid and charging was around 60 percent. GPS was on.
Otherwise the battery runs for four days if not trekking any activity.
My concern if it can't trek 2 hrs ride. What to do.

Today again it stopped working suddenly. I went to the same route on cycle. Battery was charged 81 percent. The battery was charged 81 percent.
After one hour or so and around 20 odd km completed it crashed. Can't I say
it's dumb now?😂
