Very disappointed in FitBit support. Device suddenly dies 13 months after purchase. No effort to fix device or make situation right with customer. Offers a 25% discount to buy another device....why? So it can last another 13 months? Warranty is only good for 12 months. Should not have to keep buying new devices after 13 months.

Thanks......only question I guess I have is why would I purchase another one when these last just days past their warranty period?

The support through the online community has been exceptional compared to calling the support number. FitBit support has reached out and addressed the issue with the Ionic
