My ionic doesn't track activities anymore

I've noticed that my ionic clock not show The right time, it slows down and I have to sync it to get The right time. It also had stopped track my walks. I've tried to restart ut but The problem wont go away. What to do? (my english isn't so good, i hope you can understand me anyway 🙈)
