My ionic was 96% charged last time it was synchronized with my phone. After that I check and I was not receiving notifications. I tried to reset it. But it never happend. The screen just went off and it's not coming back. The problem has been an often issue for what I see. Maybe a bad component in the wrist? I will really want to know if there is a chance that it can be fix.

Unfortunately, we can do nothing to fix this problem. In short, there is a huge design problem called "programmable obsolescence" and Fitbit will never acknowledge it.
PS: my ionic died last month, that is, 3 months out of the warranty period.

@eduardovk Ironically... it was a gift for my birthday and it is going to be in 1 month, so... that "programmable obsolescence" was just on time 😪

If it is within the 12 months warranty period, I think that Fitbit will give you a replacement. Otherwise, you will get a 25% of discount to buy a new smart watch, which I am pretty sure that it is a joke with us.
PS: I have also bought mine for my anniversary in May of 2018.
