My ionic keeps crashing!

So I've had ionic for a while, things were great everything was syncing brilliantly but for a few weeks now it keeps crashing, not syncing properly, press a button and screen doesn't even come on, keeps restarting itself. I've had to constantly reset ionic or forget and re-add ionic to the app to get it going again. I've had to delete ionic from my app today but now it says it's found my ionic but won't connect?

Please help!

Given the fact that it keeps restarting itself, I would contact Support, as that's not normal behavior.

Had to  reset to factory settings taken all night to update. It syncs my data sometimes, just don't get any notifications anymore. Will contact support when I get home from work

Try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). If it is still not working correctly contact Support (link in my signature)

It started a few days ago. In the app no settings button worked. I've tried to set another picture in the clock face but Nothing worked. Got a "new" phone yesterday. Elite X3. Resetted the Ionic, installed the app on the phone. Updateted the ionic. So far, so good. But once more no settings working. Starbucks app without a card, clock face without a picture and so on. This morning no chance to do anything. App starts a few seconds and is gone. Reinstall helps for one start, than crashes again.
