I’ve tried resetting the phone the app, the watch the watch faces all these tricks and tips you can find online. Any other suggestion to get my watch back up and running.

Same. Mine stopped working sometime Friday afternoon (9/11). And this is a replacement that I've had for less than a month (for another Ionic that died on me within 4 months of buying a new replacement). Thinking I should have just taken a refund or gotten a different device.
