I'm trying to add my Debit Card to Fitbit Wallet but I get the following message: "There was an error adding this card to Fitbit Pay. Please try again once. If the problem persists, contact customer service". I've tried everything. Resetting the watch to factory settings, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, unpairing/repairing the watch to the phone; nothing works. I'm so angry, its very frustrating. Fitbit technical support isn't helping me. What I am doing work????!!!

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

I chatted with someone but they couldn't help. Its definitely an issue with chase either on your end or their end. Im pretty sure there's a glitch on the wallet app that's not allowing cards to be added.
