My ionic screen started to fade

It started to fade at the end of its battery cycle. I cleaned my watch, and started to charge it. I saw the 0% and assumed it was charging.  After a few hours I came back to retrieve it. It’s completely dead. Nothing.  Can’t even reboot it.  I ordered it November 17 2018 off of amazon. Any help or ideas are appreciated!!

Hold in left and lower right buttons for  a restart?

I have tried that (thanks for the insight). It is now constantly trying to reboot itself every couple of minutes.
