Had the same issue. It had ~80% charge last night and then stopped working in the night. Nothing lights up when I try a restart. Even the lights in the back are dark. A ton of posts on the forum suggest that at 15 months it’ll just die. Hope that’s not what I’m heading for.
Best AnswerMine died yesterday too. Unfortunate, because I really liked my Ionic, but their customer service’s response thus far has been just suggesting I buy another with a discount. Still trying to work with customer support, but the number of responses stating this has happened to them recently suggests to me it’s a known issue and Fitbit finds a 12-18 month lifespan acceptable for a $300 smart watch.
