My ionic will not charge or turn on ! please help ?

Hi ,

today my Ionic decided to turn its self off and not turn back on ! 😞 tried everything from changing the charger , cleaning the charging points and trying the buttons but no success .

ive noticed this issues has come up a few times on this forum , does anyone have a solution ?

Hi @kennyp85, welcome to the community.

 

I assume you have tried restarting your Ionic (here), not that I believe it would do much at this stage. Unfortunately your only option is to contact customer support (here) and discuss any warranty options that might be available to you.
