My ionic won’t turn on

The screen on my ionic is totally blank. The app says it’s fully charged and when receiving messages on my phone the watch still vibrates. Any ideas how to fix this?

Did you alreay try a soft-reset?

Push and hold the left button and then the right lower button en keep them pushed until you see the Fitbit logo appear.

Then let them go.

You won't loose data or anything, so just try it.

@Runningchefnz When you say the screen is blank, do you mean when you lift your arm or even when you press a button? If just the former, then possibly you have the Screen Wake function set to manual; swipe left to right from the clock screen to the Setting, tap on Screen Wake to change it from Manual to Auto and that should activate the screen when you move your arm.

If however the screen is totally blank, even with Button pressing, and you’ve tried resetting, then I suggest you contact  Customer Support , as it might be a hardware issue.

@Runningchefnz Happened to me. Tried to factory reset, (hold all three buttons down for 15 secs or so then release) and did all the other usual stuff. In the end I got hold of customer support and went through a process doing the reset etc again, but in the end they shipped me out a replacement. This one goes a WHOLE lot better, set up easily, firmware upgraded well, syncs fast, doesn't crash all the time. You gotta wonder if there was a bad batch early on. Customer support were fantastic.

Good luck

- left to right swipe no longer functions in current OS (July 2018).

- Settings is now three swipes right to left.

- Screen Wake is no longer an option under Settings.

- Screen Wake can now be reached by holding down the left button
