My watch is not working

Hi 

 

I don't know what is wrong with my iconic, it does not work anymore. The screen is totally off even when connected to the charger.

 

I want to get in touch with the support team, please.

My watch has stopped. Even when hood to charge. It's like it just stopped, nothing on screen. Tried.pushing t h e side buttons as stated in help section, nothing helps. How do I get in touch with support team?
