Your screen goes dead, you reboot as per DIY instructions, it is fully charged, you go online for support, no one there, you ring a number its in the USA and costs a few euro a min, ask for them to ring you but they cant. You email them, no response after 2 hours. Did they open a European headquarters in Dublin?wheres the customer service for spending a vast sum on their latest watch.
Someone please help, all I get is a fog on the screen when I reboot

Some times they get busy. Be patience. But email is the best option for you

Email states two days for a response, not what you expect for a top Of The range product.
