I was updating my address in profile on the website and did not notice that auto-fill changed my fist name to my daughters name. Trying to change it back I got " You can only change our name once in 60 days" Calling and chatting with Support gave me the answer that I must wait 60 days.
I am in IT myself and I do not believe there is no way to override or remove this limitation on the back end. Can moderators review this and escalate?

Currently, we're unable to change your name on your Fitbit profile. However, you may want to vote for this idea: Allow name edit at anytime in the Fitbit profile. These are reviewed by our team and the status changes based in Fitbit's plans.

Hi, wondering if you'd had any success with this? I accidentally renamed my partners account with my name. Its way over 60 days and we cant change it back. I try almost everyday, was starting to think it resets to 60 days each time I try. Thanks

I was able to do it eventually. I think you are right, it is 60 days after your last try
