Dear guys,

 

how do I start? Coming from Charge 2- I got this as a gift for my birthday.

Since a couple of days the Display had pixel-issues. After a restart it worked for some hours. Now the issues got even worse and it totally dies after additional hours. It showed my menu twice and with big failures. Its really hard to explain. I got a video of this issue- Where I can upload it? It also doesnt sync anymore. I tried to do the "walkaround" but now I cant even connect back to the Ionic.

Any advice? I bought it from amazon. I try to contact them to get a new one or even the money back and stick to my old charge 2.

 

Please dont see/read this as a rage-post. As long as this can be solved- Im cool.

Hi, @SlayMassive, if your Ionic is defective, Amazon will refund or replace -- I would suggest getting in touch with them again.

 

Alternatively you can get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com.  They should be able to help.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Mine won't power on and I bought mine from Fitbit... 😭😭😭

Thanks all for your Feedback. Amazon sent me a New one and I could send my old one back to them. It Was Very smoothly.
