Need help updating

HI!

My new Ionic is stucking updae. Screen always show  fitbit logo and little blue strike on the left.

I think this is toataly dead:-(

I had mine do this too.

First:You like exit out of the Fitbit app (double click home button for idevices press that button for android)

Next:Reboot the Fitbit app and go to main screen.If the line is moving then wait till it’s done if it isn’t follow the next step

Last: Press update button in corner and try that

I think problem is my Lumia 950 Phone. I try to find a Android or apple phone.
