So every time I try to use my ionic I have to go thru the complete set up process and then delete and reload my tracker to see if the app will recognize it, which it doesn’t. And why do I have to walk around my house with my router under my arm for the best signal. This is your Apple Watch killer? This product was to make my life LESS COMPLICATED, well it’s not working. I want my money back.

I have the apple Watch and whilst it is a more seamless experience, I don't think they labelled the Ionic as an Apple Watch killer, it is more aimed at fitness, which the Apple Watch does too but just not as well in my opinion.

 

I do however agree, the software is not quite there yet but everyone's experience does seem to differ.
