I wont buy another fitbit product. Got the ionic last year for Christmas. It doesnt sync, doesnt display steps and info like it did to start, doesnt bring up notifications like it did for maybe a week. Everything is set up like it should be. Updated still wont work. Have called several times but they are unwilling to do anything about it. In ny opinion the are j uh n or at least the ionic is. Wish they would do something to make it right.

Sorry it hasn't worked out for you, @Jdwebb12. If you care to post some of your individual issues here on the forum, other users would be happy to help you resolve the issue. Many of use use the Ionic on a daily basis and do not experience all of the problems you listed, to it is possible to resolve the issues.
