New Features coming to Ionic

Reading the Versa 2 press release it looks like we should be expecting to see some of the new Fitbit OS features in the Ionic:

• Sleep Score available in-app for all Fitbit users with heart rate-enabled devices coming soon to view Sleep Score on-wrist on Fitbit Ionic and Fitbit Versa family of smartwatches.
• Smart wake coming soon; available only on Fitbit Ionic and Fitbit Versa family of smartwatches.
• Sleep Mode available only on Fitbit Ionic and Fitbit Versa family of smartwatches.

Nice to see that some of the interesting additions will be coming our way.  

I hope my Ionic is working when this comes and I can try them out (currently suffering from a non-responsive touch screen!).

I'm glad to see that you're happy to get these features on your watch. Regarding your inquiry about your Ionic's screen, please try to restart it and check if you get it working.

Thanks for the suggestion - I have already tried restarts and factory resets, finally discussed with support via instant chat and have arranged for a replacement to be sent.  Thankfully it was still in Warranty!
