New Fitbit Ionic is working great

My Ionic came with no working vibrator, except for a a few vibrations for a couple days after one update but then it was gone again, despite trying all the things Fitbit said to try. 

 

So finally I entered a chat with Fitbit...they checked the info on my device and verified I had done all those things...restart/reboot, log in/out, factory restart, have latest update installed...and agreed I had a defective device.  So they sent me a new one...just the device, not the straps, charger and stuff (those are all fine). 

 

The new one arrived Friday, so entered Replace Ionic mode in the app, and...yep...I now have a fully functional Ionic, with a working vibrator!!!  Used the vibrator for a morning alarm today (Saturday)...it works just as well as my old Charge 2 vibrator (which I loved).  

 

Hooray...thank you Fitbit...I am fully happy now (though still have to test GPS function on the new one, of course...grin).

 

The (old) Ionic is dead...Long live the (new) Ionic!!!
