I've recently bought a new Ionic, and just set it up. Seemed to do a firmware update as part of the setup process, and it now up and running. It reports it's on version 27.70.8.0, and from what I can gather that's several versions behind the current firmware for the Ionic? But the app isn't showing me any update options? On my previous fitbits, it's popped up in the app, or in the device settings page within the app to give the option to upgrade the device firmware. But this one isn't.
Why isn't it giving me the option to update it, and how to I make it?

I wouldn't update it. I just did the latest update about a week ago and mine hasn't worked right since. I ran 5 miles yesterday and I got 140 steps. I have no heart rate. It keeps changing screens by its self. VERY FRUSTRATED!! I bought a new Letsfit watch to replace it.

I've seen people saying things like that, but I want to update it whilst it's new/under warranty, so if there is a problem I can get it sorted. And it seems to be several versions out of date, not just the latest update.
