Today I bought my new fitbit, the ionic. My previous one is an blaze.

 

It a new ionic, and I want to set it up. The battery is low so i have to charge him. But that doens't work. 

 

My watch is already 3 hours on my pc and the battery is stil low. 

 

Can you help me?

Hi @nickdehennin  is your pc powered with electricity or battery? Might not be enough power getting to the Ionic. Can you do a restart of it?
