I replaced my older ionic with a new one just last week. This one does not register floors at all, whether in regular mode or exercise. I live in a two story house, have taken runs and hikes over hills, and still it is at zero all the time. This has never happened to me before. Is there something disabled that I can enable?

Hi @asteinme,
There's nothing you should enable or disable. The stairs are counted by height. I think they need to be at least 6-10 feet high in order for them to register.
