New fitbit ionic

I have new fitbit. Installed it in computer and phone, but screen on the unit doesn't show anything except HI and doesn't react on my tapping and sliding. Is it problem or I do something wrong?

Hi gurlena,

Your Fitbit should be installed by one device. Preferably your phone as it needs to "talk" to the phone when you're out and about. Uninstall the Ionic from whichever device it's currently installed on, restart the Ionic by pressing all 3 buttons simultaneously for around 10 or 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit dot logo, then reinstall it from your phone. You should be sked to setup wifi etc.
