Hello,

 

I just got my first fitbit. My Ionic doesn’t react. I connected the USB charger, and it keeps showing battery 0%. I tried to do the reset thing, but nothing works. It isn’t showing anything else except for the 0% battery. Because it’s a totally new one, I can’t do a restart on my phone.

r@Jdevr Have you tried using a different outlet?  Different adapter to a wall outlet perhaps?

 

if that does not work, I suggest reaching out to support.
