My new ionic is slow to synch and not counting calories at all any help

Thanks for your reply already did this will definitely troll through the help forums i know its something simple as its syncing distance and floors climbedNo synch for active minutes and calories

Have you tried restarting your Ionic? You can do this by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs.

 

As for your syncing issue, it may be worth looking at this help article.
