Just upgraded my iPhone and my ionic isn’t being found just constantly looking for it on the app. Help!

Do you still have your old phone? If so make sure it doesn't still have a link to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone

I hope you haven't removed the ionic from your Fitbit account.
