I just updated to the newest software and it allows me to reject calls but no possible way to answer the calls. Any ideas how to fix it?

Mine is working fine on p8 lite  but hubby is ripping his hair out trying to get his s7 to do the same.  All he gets is reject option no answer.

I spoke with Fitbit customer service today.  The ability to answer calls via Ionic (and presumably Versa) on Android phones is only available on Android Phones running OS 8.0+
