My Ionic Fitbit is stuck in the searching mode after I clicked on update tracker in the app.

all its doing is showing the Fitbit icon for 2 days now. I have tuned off a s on my phone but the watch is stuck.

how do I fix this?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
