I just purchased the new Fitbit Ionic for my daughter (this is our second one) . Our first Ionic works fine and we like it a lot, but with the second one we can't even turn it on. Nothing showed up on screen. No logo. No battery status. Nothing.
Should we just return it to the shop or does anyone has any idea how to get it to work. At the moment I left it to charge and keep trying to turn it on every second hour.

I would return it for a replacement. No reason to fiddle around with a brand new tracker.

Thank you for your reply. It did turn on with logo after 6-7 hours but the minute we tried setting up device, it shutdown again! I will return and try my luck on Adidas Edition instead tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed!
