No GPS/heart rate info or more than basic sleep

Hi

My ionic is not showing any resting heart rate in the app and is not showing heart rate whilst exercising.

 

Sleep is only showing basic information.

Gps is not connecting whilst out walking. 

Please help. Thanks Gemma

If your ionic is not showing current heart rate then you may need to turn heart rate on. 

Swipe to settings, tap, swipe to heart rate. Tap to change status. 

 

As for GPS you may need to shutdown the tracker. Settings, help, shutdown. 

Do you have clear skys?
