Now I get a 25% discount offer? Why would I buy another one of these if they won't back up the product? First time the battery stopped charging, now the touch screen dies on the second unit. I am not even rough with them, just daily use and running.
Anyone else run into this? How do I get someone to listen at Fitbit? Doesn't this seem kind of absurd?

if under a year old, aren't they covered by warranty and so fixed for free?
