No Health Metrics Tile for Ionic?

My wife has the Health Metrics tile in her iOS Fitbit app since yesterday.  I do not.


She has a Versa 2 and has not updated to the latest firmware.  She also has the previous version of the iPhone app.  The tile appeared on its own without her adding it.

 

I updated my Ionic to the latest firmware 72.1.9.  I also updated my iOS app to the latest 3.37 (1022).  I tried logging out and back in.  I have also clicked edit on the dashboard to see if the tile just wasn’t added and was in the additional stats list.  It still doesn’t appear for me.

 

Neither of us are premium members, but I read it was coming to all users starting in September.  Should I expect this to appear?

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. The Health Metrics tile is available with Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Inspire 2, Fitbit Sense, Fitbit Versa 2, and Fitbit Versa 3. To see historical data with these devices, upgrade to Fitbit Premium. 

 

For other devices, a Fitbit Premium subscription is required to see health metrics data. Learn more about it by checking this article

Thanks.  I’ve only had my Ionic for just shy of 1-1/2 years.  My wife’s Versa 2 isn’t much newer and was a cheaper device due to less features.  Why is it free on hers and several other devices, but not on mine which was the top of the line device at the time until the Versa 3 and Sense?  Is this going to change?  It’s clearly not a capability issue if I can pay to get the feature.  I bought it because of the extra sensors, only to find that some were inactive until recent changes.

Hi there. Will the health metrics be coming to the ionic without the premium membership soon? My husband has it on his charge 4 and we would like to be able to compare data. Many thanks

At the moment, Health Metrics data for Ionic is available only through Premium. However if you'd like that this could change in the future, please post your idea in our Feature Suggestion board, those are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit plans.

@SilviaFitbit , I have a Versa 3 without premium subscription. But I just can't find Health Metrics tile in my Fitbit app for Android. Any suggestions?

Take into consideration that the Health Metrics tile and the metrics displayed in the tile are not available in all regions. To see if the Health Metrics tile is available in your region, see the health metrics page on the Fitbit website.

@SilviaFitbit , I have tried Hong Kong, United States and Canada, but still can't see the Health Metrics tile.

@SilviaFitbit , I physically located in Hong Kong, which is in your list. But I can't get Health Metrics tile even if I set my region to Hong Kong.
