I not receiving notifications any more on IONIC, I have tried number of steps in terms of re-pairing and so on. Can someone help? This is a BIG bug, and falls much short of smart watch with notifications not working.

I am starting to think thumbs down to FITBIT due to inconsistencies on core functions.

interesting observation - on flipping down on IONIC, I see notifications, but it is never saw an alert for same. Which means they are just not being alerted? This is weird, how do we get this sorted?

Unfortunately, you are experiencing the same problem that many other Ionic users are experiencing in regards to not receiving notifications.  Fitbit has not properly addressed this problem or provided a working solution.

Here's the response I received from Fitbit during a support session:

Thanks for letting us know about this issue. We’re aware of it, but may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future. We'll continue to monitor the situation, and keep our team informed of the impact to you and other customers. We understand that this isn't the resolution you're hoping for, but rest assured we're always working to improve our products. We're sorry for any trouble. This is very bad news and sorry state of affairs at Fitbit. I think Notifications is a key feature for smart watch.
